THE EVALUATION TIMEFRAMEAward Application
| Submission Deadline: January 29th 2021 | Complete submissions must reach us no later than January 29th, 2021. |
| Stage I: First Review February 1st – 18th, 2021 | Each complete submissionis reviewed and scored by a team of research analysts. Institutions deemed eligible to proceed to the next stage are notified. |
| Stage II: Short Listing of Candidates February 19th, 2021 | Based on the submissions, our team, together with our international panel of advisors, will nominate up to five candidates in each of the categories. |
| Stage III: Interviews February 22nd to March 19th, 2021 | Based on the independent review, our team of research analysts will interview the shortlisted candidates. Interviews will be conducted with the heads and CEOs of retailfinance institutions and companies or heads of product/process groups, where applicable. |
| Stage IV: Notification of Award Winners March 22nd 2021 | Results ratified by a panel of international advisors, will be communicated to the winning insitutions. |
| Stage V: International Excellence in Retail Financial Services Awards 2021 | Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the International Excellence in Retail Financial Services Awards Briefing and Ceremony 2021 is likely to be held virtually in late April 2021. The exact date of the event will be shared in the winner announcement letter. |
