Retail Finance Leader of the Year

The Retail Finance Leader of the Year Award is the only individual honour in the Excellence in Retail Finance Programme. Few candidates achieve the distinction of qualifying for this prestigious, career-defining recognition.

It honours the achievements of an outstanding leader in the retail financial services industry who has contributed significantly to the transformation of his or her financial institution, as well as made a strong impact on the country and the industry. It also recognises significant achievements over the person’s whole career, their inspirational thought leadership towards the bank and the entire industry, and their efforts to invest in staff development.
