Anne Weatherston
Anne Weatherston has over 28 years of experience in banking and technology. She was group CIO of ANZ Bank for four years, during which she was responsible for a major transformation of the bank’s technology strategy which resulted in a major turnaround of underlying infrastructure and the design and execution of a new technology roadmap to underpin the bank's super-regional agenda in Asia. Prior to ANZ, Anne was group CIO at Bank of Ireland. She has also played technology leadership roles at Santander, National Australia Bank and Royal Bank of Scotland.

Andra Sonea Andra Sonea is former lead solutions architect at Digital Innovation Labs, Lloyd Banking group. A strategic thinker with over fifteen years of international experience in consulting focused on financial services industry, Sonea has led diverse, highly specialised teams on projects ranging from complex systems implementations to new technology evaluations or roadmap advice and gained first-hand experience of the architectural landscapes of some of the leading financial institutions. She has previously worked at Ernst and Young, Deutsche Bank, KPMG and IBM Global services in different roles and is also a mentor at Startupbootcamp Fintech.

Raymond Leung Chun-Kow Raymond Leung has over three decades of diverse experience across banking and technology. He was previously group COO of Alliance Bank, Malaysia where he was overseeing the operations, technology and various support functions of the bank, and was instrumental in developing key strategies that encompass all aspects of the bank’s business to drive growth. Prior to joining Alliance Bank, he gained a wealth of experience in Citigroup, with assignments in Hong Kong, Toronto, New York and Singapore. He has held key positions in both country and regional capacities for operations, technology, internal audit and product management.
